My approach to nutrition is built around my values and life experience: health, balance and individualization. I believe in fixing the problem rather than treating symptoms. Let me help you find the route of your concerns and set you free to live your life in wholesome happiness!


I received my Master's Degree in Nutrition from Hunter College in NYC. I then completed a 1,200-hour residency program at multiple hospitals and sub-acute care centers in NYC such as Bronx Lebanon Hospital and Bronx Lebanon Special Care Center. I am a Registered Dietitian (RD) as per the requirements of the Commission on Registration for Dietitians (CDR) and I'm also a Certified LEAP Therapist. My practice is an evidence-based holistic program based on my study of the latest diet theories and nutritional research.

I have worked alongside doctors for 5 years helping clients with a wide range of ailments. My well-rounded background is composed of experience in all settings of dietetics, from community and clinical centers (in-patient, outpatient and long-term care) to individual counseling and food service management. Being a dancer for over 12 years now, I am able to use my knowledge of the body and the importance of physical activity to provide my clients with well-rounded guidance.
