It feels good to sometimes not have to worry about cooking and to know you're not consuming additives, fake ingredients or other harmful substances. As a Registered Dietitian, I feel these meals are balanced and nutritious and I love to recommend them for busy professionals who don't have time or don't want to worry about cooking!
